The banana smoothie flavor of Inspire protein powder is awesome.  I love banana smoothies but sometimes I don’t have time to blend multiple ingredients into a smoothie so it’s nice to be able to just add a scoop of banana smoothie flavored Inspire to my shaker bottle with either almond milk or Fairlife milk and shake.  That’s all it takes for a flavorful smoothie.  The banana smoothie flavor of Inspire blends well, with very few lumps.  Sometimes I like to blend half of a scoop of this flavor with half of a scoop of peanut butter cookie Inspire for a great banana/peanut butter protein drink.  I have also used this flavor of inspire to make flourless banana pancakes.  This is one of my favorite flavors from the impressive line of Inspire protein powders.

Blueberry cheesecake Inpsire protein powder is an incredible flavor of protein powder.  I mix it with almond milk or Fairlife milk, and sometimes just water or a blend of half water/half milk.  I have also used this flavor of protein powder in a recipe for flourless protein pancakes and they turned out quite well and super fruity, even without adding any extra fruit pieces.  I will say that this flavor seems to clump slightly more than others, but I do not mind one bit because the clumps are delicious!  This is the flavor that I find myself drinking most often because I cannot get enough of it.  Even my husband who is generally not a big fan of protein powders loves the blueberry cheesecake flavor.

Inspire PLUS Protein Powder- Orange Cream flavor

This orange cream protein powder is a special blend with all of the usual perks of Inspire protein powder PLUS 350 mg of calcium added.  The orange cream flavor is pretty good, though it is not quite as good as some of the others that I have tried.  I have had this flavor mixed with almond milk as well as Fairlife milk.  It blends just as smoothly as every other flavor of Inspire and the orange flavor is not too overpowering.  It is a subtle, creamy orange flavor that doesn’t linger on the pallet for long afterwards.  I think it’s important to get plenty of calcium, especially if you have had weight loss surgery, which can cause brittle teeth and bones if you do not take supplements.

I am a huge fan of everything pumpkin flavored, so I was pretty excited to try the pumpkin pie flavor.  However, compared to other Inspire flavors, this pumpkin pie was not as tasty.  Perhaps my expectations were just very high after trying the other flavors but I thought the pumpkin pie was gritty and did not blend as thoroughly.  If I had tried it without being told what flavor it was, I probably would not have guessed that it was supposed to be pumpkin pie.  It tasted like a blend of fall spices including ginger and cloves, but the pumpkin was not distinguishable.  While I generally would recommend Inspire protein powder, this is probably my least favorite flavor.  If you are still interested in trying this flavor of Inspire protein powder, you can buy it here!

These kidney beans are delicious! I eat a high protein diet so beans are one of my staple foods that I use in most of my meals and I prefer using dry beans because they are easier to work with. Sometimes store bought beans have a lot of broken beans in each bag or bean fragments which ends up adding extra debris to my dishes. This bag of beans is very high quality and I did not see one bean that was not completely intact. All you have to do is rinse the beans and soak them overnight. Then add them to whatever dish you would like. These beans will compliment many different dishes. I used mine in a chicken chili soup and in regular chili but I’m sure that the possibilities are endless. I recommend these beans to anyone who is looking for a high quality red kidney bean to try in their recipes. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review.
