I love these vitamin D3 tablets so far! My nutritional needs require me to have a high dose of vitamin D so I am always looking for new products that pack a lot of nutrition into each tablet. My doctor suggested that I take chewable supplements so I’m glad that I was able to find these tablets by Earth Cures. Each tablet has 2000 UI of vitamin D3 as well as a healthy dose of vitamin K2. There are many benefits to these vitamins and the most important to me is bone health.
The tablets do not have a strong flavor. They are a little sweet but nothing overpowering. I take mine in the morning and at night without a meal or water. If they upset your stomach, you may want to take them with food but that has not been an issue for me. The tablets are small and easy to take. There is no need to swallow so these are great for anyone who has an aversion to swallowing pills. I would recommend these tablets to just about everyone, especially if you are looking to add some D3 or K2 to your diet.
